It is very easy to convert word document to PDF file. But you must have Adobe Acrobat. Follow these easy steps to change your word document to PDF:
- Open the word document
- Click file on the menu bar
- Then click on Print
- In the drop down box select Acrobat
- Then click OK
- This will open a 'save PDF file as' box
- Rename the file and check the box for '.PDF'
- Then click save.
That's it! The document will be saved as a Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF file.
